Crofters Arms in Liverpool is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a small team and uphold the highest service standards while training new colleagues.

You'll help run shifts, ensure smooth service during busy periods and set a positive example for the team. This role sits within Mitchells & Butlers, offering support, pension, holidays and generous staff discounts across our brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams and training staff.
• Good interpersonal skills and guest focus.
• Availability for part-time shifts including evenings and weekends.
