Brass Haus at Mitchells & Butlers is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor. You’ll welcome guests, lead a friendly team and help deliver standout service in a busy pub environment.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day site operations, training your team, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and promoting great dining and a welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
• Ability to train staff and develop team skills.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Be part of day-to-day running of the site: act as host, serve guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for your teams, helping with their training.
