Job summary

Victim Support in Wiltshire is seeking a part-time Service Delivery Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support. The role is home-based with travel across Wiltshire and 15 hours weekly.

You will be the first point of contact for the service, handling data entry, correspondence, and scheduling to ensure effective service delivery. You will join a team dedicated to supporting victims of crime, with flexible working options and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication and numerical skills are essential.
• Experience working in an administrative setting and providing team support is required.
• Ability to handle confidential information and data protection rules.
• Understanding of equal opportunities and diversity is important.
• Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment.
• Good IT skills and experience with the Microsoft Office suite and case management systems/databases.
• Strong customer service skills with clear communication.
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
• Strong record keeping and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Upload referrals to the case management system and maintain data accuracy.
• Manage mail, telephone and general queries for the service.
• Collate and supply information to internal/external contacts.
• Liaise with referring agencies to enhance referral information and pathways.
• Provide general admin support including data entry, minute taking, ordering supplies, and processing invoices.
• Coordinate external communication and support promotion of the service.
