Van Mossel Automotive Group UK Ltd is seeking a Part-time Service Administrator for Volvo Cars Poole. You’ll support the Aftersales team with customer communications, service enquiries and workshop scheduling to maximise utilisation.

Previous admin or customer service experience is ideal. The role is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with training provided and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration, customer service or contact centre role.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good IT skills and confidence using customer databases and office systems.
• Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Generating leads and supporting customer retention initiatives for Volvo Cars Poole.
• Handling inbound service calls and assisting customers with service-related enquiries.
• Making outbound calls to customers in support of the Service Advisors and Aftersales team.
• Managing customer enquiries and liaising with relevant departments to ensure timely resolutions.
• Supporting sales, prospecting and customer engagement activities where required.
• Assisting with workshop loading and helping to maximise available workshop hours.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all data is entered correctly across business system.
• Working closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to support daily operations.
• Contacting lapsed customers and identifying opportunities to win back lost service business.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity.
