Marie Curie Glasgow Hospice is seeking two Senior Administrators to join our Scotland Administration Team. You will provide high-quality admin support to managers, clinicians and teams, helping services run smoothly and efficiently.

You will coordinate meetings, take accurate minutes, manage sensitive information and produce reports, while working flexibly in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to contribute to compassionate patient care within a leading charity.

Competenze

• Experience in an administrative role in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
