Connex Education seeks a SENCO for a mainstream primary school in B33, working 3 days a week (Mon-Wed). You will coordinate SEN provision, support staff with inclusive teaching, monitor progress, and work with parents and external professionals to meet learners' needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as SENCO or in a SEN leadership/co-ordination role.
• Strong understanding of SEND provision and SEND Code of Practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SEN provision across the school.
• Support staff with inclusive classroom strategies.
• Monitor pupil progress and ensure appropriate support.
• Liaise with parents and external professionals as needed.
