Compass Group UK&I, operating under Chartwells, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee catering and service operations on a part-time basis (25 hours/week, 43.8 weeks/year) at venues in Fareham, United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering exceptional food experiences and world-class customer service.

You will supervise culinary teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure Health & Safety standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicating regularly with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Supporting and training teams and leading from the front.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
