Job summary

Chartwells Independent is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations on a part-time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week. The role runs for 43.2 weeks per year, with duties spanning kitchen and counter service to uphold exceptional food experiences.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of catering experience and hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, with strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-standard food offerings.

• Support and train teams, lead from the front to drive excellence.
