Job summary

Meadow Court and Minerva Court in Bath are seeking a Part-Time Scheme Manager to look after two leasehold schemes for over-55s. You will split time between sites, ensure homes, shared spaces and facilities are safe and well run, and build relationships with residents.

You'll work with colleagues and local services to provide joined-up support, with flexible 30-hour patterns agreed with the team. This is a site-based role with no option to work from home.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting people one-to-one in relevant sectors
• Experience of completing risk assessments and support plans
• Clear written and spoken communication with customers and partners
• Organised, able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
• Good digital skills including Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance

Responsibilities

• Carrying out regular alarm tests and safety checks across both scheme
• Helping customers understand fire safety in their homes and shared spaces
• Responding to emergencies with colleagues and partner services when needed
• Getting to know customers and agreeing wellbeing and independence goals
• Being the first point of contact for concerns and complaints and resolving them
• Helping customers set up social activities and groups that bring people together
• Working with local health, care and community services and raising safeguarding concerns
