Job summary

Qualitex Supplies Ltd in Aylesford, Kent is seeking a capable Administrator to join our dynamic Sales Advisors team and strengthen our internal sales and customer service. You will handle a high volume of daily telephone calls with confidence, make proactive calls to existing customers, and process orders by phone and email.

Basic PC skills are required; Acumatica knowledge is helpful but full training is provided. Own transport is essential due to the location.

Job description

Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Location: Aylesford, Kent

We are looking for an administrator to join our team of dynamic Sales Advisors and strengthen our internal sales and customer service.

The successful applicant should have a confident telephone sales manner to deal with large numbers of daily incoming calls, as well as making pro-active calls to our existing customer base in order to strengthen customer relationships.

Basic PC skills are required to process daily orders which come through to the office via the phone and email systems. An existing knowledge of Acumatica systems would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be given.

Applicants should be confident to work under pressure within a friendly fast paced environment, requiring initiative, urgency and common sense.

Own transportation is essential due to our location having poor local public transport links.
