Verisure is seeking a Part-Time Retentions Advisor for our Newcastle site. The role focuses on helping existing customers who are considering cancelling, understanding their concerns and offering suitable solutions.

You’ll work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:30am-1:30pm) in-office, with uncapped commission and a base salary pro-rated to £13,333 for 20 hours. Training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centres, retail, hospitality, sales or retentions.
• Previous retentions experience isn't essential; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls from customers considering cancelling their service.
• Build rapport and understand customer needs and concerns.
• Explore solutions and explain benefits of Verisure's security service.
• Handle complaints professionally and retain customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with other departments.
• Work towards customer service, retention and performance targets.
