Job summary

Deichmann in Wrexham is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the store team, drive excellent customer service and lead the shop floor in daily operations.

This part-time role offers 16 hours per week at up to £13.91 per hour, plus a non-contractual hourly sales commission, with opportunities to grow within the retail career.

Ideal candidates will have previous retail supervisory experience, strong product knowledge and a calm, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• Energetic, driven and passionate about working in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.
• Positive attitude toward exceptional customer service and leading a team.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, coach and work with a diverse team.
• Previous supervisory experience in retail including cashing up and banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open and close the store, including cashing up and administrative duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Lead by example by promoting complimentary products with each sale.
• Assist management in driving sales targets and KPIs.
• Support teammates as needed.
• Ensure proper merchandising, refreshed displays, and inviting layouts.
• Manage stock deliveries and store transfers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints.
