Deichmann is seeking a Retail Supervisor for our Cwmbran store. The role is offered as a part-time, permanent position with 16 hours per week and a competitive hourly rate, up to £13.91 per hour plus a non-contractual hourly sales commission.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in retail.
• Excellent cash handling and banking experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good stock/merchandising awareness.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open and close the store, including cashing up and admin duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain product knowledge.
• Lead by example to promote complementary products with each sale.
• Assist management to hit store sales targets and KPIs.
• Support team members and ensure effective store operations.
• Ensure correct merchandising and refreshed displays.
• Process stock deliveries and store transfers.
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints.
