B&M Retail at Junction One International Outlet Shopping, Antrim, is hiring a Replenishment Supervisor for a permanent, part-time role offering 24 hours per week. Shifts include daytime, evenings and weekends to support store needs.

You will assist the Replenishment Manager to keep warehouse and store fill levels and stock control at top standards for customers. The role combines training, development and proactive teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong organisational skills
• Flexible approach and a can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge
• Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised
• Ensure that all staff are compliant with Health & Safety policies
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
