Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Antrim is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area, ensuring our team delivers the best service for customers.

This permanent part-time role (24 hours/week) requires daytime, evening and weekend shifts. You will supervise a small team, uphold store standards and help drive sales and profitability.

• Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong numerical and problem solving skills.
• Flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Junction One International Outlet Shopping, Antrim! This is a permanent, part time role, working 24 hours a week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area ensuring that our team delivers the best service for our customers!
