Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Antrim is recruiting a Replenishment Supervisor for 24 hours per week (permanent, part-time). Shifts include daytime, evenings and weekends at Junction One International Outlet Shopping.

You will support the Replenishment Manager to maintain stock levels, store standards and stock control, supervise a small team, and ensure Health & Safety compliance.

The role requires a flexible approach and a passion for delivering great customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
• Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organised.
• Ensure that all staff are compliant with Health & Safety policies.
