Job summary

B&M Retail in Antrim (Junction One International Outlet Shopping) is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor on a permanent part-time basis (24 hours per week). The role requires flexibility to work daytime, evenings and weekends and involves supporting the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and checkout area to deliver excellent service.

• Protect and safeguard company assets and ensure store processes meet legal requirements.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Junction One International Outlet Shopping, Antrim! This is a permanent, part time role, working 24 hours a week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area ensuring that our team delivers the best service for our customers!
