Job summary

Certas Energy in Glasgow is seeking a Retail Food Service Assistant to join our store team on a permanent, site-based basis. Working 12 hours per week at £13.45 per hour, you will help prepare and serve food, provide excellent customer service, and handle till transactions while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

The role involves stocking, maintaining displays, and supporting day-to-day operations across the forecourt and food service area.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail is desirable but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold food and beverages to company standards.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and cleanliness.
• Replenish stock and ensure displays are well presented.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Support the forecourt, store and food service area.
