Job summary

Certas Energy is seeking a Retail Food Service Assistant to join our Glasgow site. The role is 12 hours per week at £13.45 per hour, with responsibilities spanning food preparation, service and till transactions.

You will help deliver quality food and excellent customer experience while maintaining safety and hygiene standards in a busy retail environment. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail is desirable but not essential.
• Aged 18 or over due to licensing and lone working requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold food and beverages to company standards.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness.
• Replenish stock and ensure food displays are well presented.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Food Service Assistant to join our team. As part of our store team, you’ll play a key role in both customer service and food preparation. You’ll help deliver a high-quality food offer while ensuring an excellent customer experience and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
