Job summary

De Vere Cotswold Water Park near South Cerney is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. You will work with the Restaurant Manager in preparation, setup and service to ensure smooth operation and high standards.

You’ll inspire and develop the team, deliver memorable guest experiences, and maintain service excellence across our multi-restaurant venue with 328 bedrooms. This role offers extensive benefits and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor preferred in a hotel environment, though not essential.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and ability to motivate a team.
• Service-focused approach with coaching and development of team members.
• Well-organised and able to work under pressure.
