Job summary

The Forward Trust is seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator for a part-time, primarily remote role with occasional travel to services in the Vauxhall area. The role supports delivery across virtual, hybrid and in-person formats, covering induction, mandatory training, EDI, leadership development and trauma-informed modules.

You will prepare lesson plans and materials, track attendance and certificates, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and GDPR standards while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in health, social care, justice, recovery or education settings.
• Confident facilitation skills across virtual and in-person environments.
• Ability to translate complex therapeutic concepts into practical learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training across a range of audiences and formats.
• Facilitate core programmes including induction, compliance, EDI, leadership and behavioural skills.
• Deliver trauma-informed and recovery-focused learning and ensure content is applied in practice.
• Adapt content into practical, real-world learning staff can apply immediately.
• Collaborate with SMEs and L&D colleagues to keep content accurate and up-to-date.
• Support scheduling, attendance, certificates and LMS updates with the admin team.
