Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Part‑Time Project Coordinator to support the execution of ongoing manufacturing and engineering projects. This is a remote‑first role with a requirement to attend the office once a month for planning and coordination meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, schedules, reports, and status updates
  • Liaise with production, engineering, and procurement teams to track progress and flag delays
  • Facilitate virtual project meetings and maintain records of actions and decisions
  • Monitor workload distribution and support team members to meet deadlines
  • Contribute to process improvements for smoother project execution
  • Support compliance with client requirements and company procedures
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, or engineering environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
  • Availability to visit our UK office once per month (travel expenses covered)
