Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have current UK nurse registration (NMC).
• Experience in General Practice/GP setting preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously as part of a practice team.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage care plans for long-term conditions.
• Deliver vaccination and immunisation programmes.
• Perform venepuncture and take ECGs.
• Provide patient education and support self-care.
• Document consultations according to NMC guidelines.
• Maintain stock, equipment and infection control.
