Responsibilities

• File administration and archiving paper and electronic files regularly.
• Deal with completed registrations and send deeds to lenders or clients.
• Handle post-completion accounts and clear balances before archiving.
• Assist with processing and allocation of post as required.
• Retrieve archived files as directed by the Fee Earner.
• Assist with HM Land Registry registrations within priority periods.
• Carry out registrations via online services where possible.
• Typing with speed and accuracy; proofread before passing to Fee Earner.
• Assist with client enquiries and progress matters accordingly.
