Job summary

Ingenium Search is recruiting a part-time People Partner to support managers across multiple sites with practical HR guidance. You’ll cover employee relations, performance management, engagement and organisational change, ensuring consistent HR practices and a positive employee experience.

You’ll work on-site two days per week, with flexible part-time arrangements. The role suits an experienced HR professional with strong partnering skills and CIPD or equivalent credentials.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP or senior HR advisor with business partnering.
• Strong understanding of employee relations and performance processes.
• Ability to use people data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide day-to-day HR guidance.
• Support employee relations including absence, disciplinary and performance issues.
• Coach managers on policies and best practices.
• Assist recruitment, workforce planning and onboarding.
• Use data and insights to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Support organisational change and change projects.
• Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and legally.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
