Job summary

G's Group is seeking a part-time HR Business Partner to join the People Team, supporting multiple sites across the business. You will build strong relationships with managers, provide expert HR advice, and help create a positive employee experience while handling employee relations, performance management and engagement initiatives.

You'll work across recruitment, workforce planning and onboarding, and support organisational changes as required.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience desired.
• Experience advising managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers across multiple sites to provide day-to-day HR support and advice.
• Support employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues.
• Coach managers on policies, procedures and best practice.
• Support recruitment activities, workforce planning and onboarding of new employees.
• Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across sites.
• Assist with performance management processes and employee development discussions.
• Support organisational changes, restructures and change projects as required.
• Use people data to support decision-making and identify trends.
