Job summary

Ingenium Search is recruiting a part-time People Partner to support managers across multiple sites with practical HR guidance. You’ll cover employee relations, performance management, engagement and organisational change, ensuring consistent HR practices and a positive employee experience.

You’ll work on-site two days per week, with flexible part-time arrangements. The role suits an experienced HR professional with strong partnering skills and CIPD or equivalent credentials.

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and employees to provide practical people support? We're looking for a part time People Partner to join a busy and growing business.

In this role, you'll build strong relationships with managers, provide expert HR advice, and support a positive employee experience. You'll work across a range of HR activities including employee relations, performance management, engagement, and organisational change, helping managers make informed people decisions and ensuring HR practices are applied consistently.

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with managers across multiple sites to provide day-to-day HR support and advice.
• Supporting employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.
• Coaching and guiding managers on people policies, procedures and best practice.
• Supporting recruitment activities, workforce planning and onboarding of new employees.
• Helping to drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across sites.
• Supporting performance management processes and employee development discussions.
• Assisting with organisational changes, restructures and change projects as required.
• Using people data and insight to support decision-making and identify trends.
• Ensuring HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
• Building positive working relationships with stakeholders across the business.

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong strategic HR partnering capability.
• Proven talent management and succession planning expertise.
• The ability to drive business-focused people initiatives and organisational effectiveness.
• Experience influencing leaders and shaping people strategy.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Confidence working with managers at different levels of the business.
• Practical approach to problem solving and decision making.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.

You’ll be primarily based on-site 2 days per week. We are open to discussing part time arrangements.
