Ad Warrior Ltd in Skegness is seeking an experienced HR Partner to provide day-to-day people support on site, coaching managers, and guiding practical HR decisions in a busy operational environment.

The role is part-time (~25–30 hours per week, flexible pattern) with pro rata salary up to £42,500 FTE. You will partner with a wider People team, build strong relationships, and help shape employment practices while staying compliant with UK law.

Qualifications

• Solid generalist HR/People experience.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Experience coaching and influencing managers.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with managers and employees, acting as a trusted HR contact.
• Provide practical advice across a range of employee relations matters.
• Coach managers through absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance and capability issues.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, development and wider employee lifecycle activities.
• Use HR data and trends to highlight issues and support decision-making.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects, change and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure a consistent approach.
• Ensure HR practices remain fair, consistent and legally compliant.
