mydentist is seeking a Patient Services Advisor to join our Support Centre in Greater Manchester. You’ll be the first point of contact for practices and patients, handling calls and booking appointments in line with procedures, while building strong relationships with practice teams.

This part-time role offers a friendly, supportive team, onsite parking, and a benefits package including holidays, bonus scheme and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for practices and patients, handling calls within KPI scope.
• Book, amend and cancel appointments accurately per procedures.
• Build productive relationships with practice teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Provide help, support and excellent customer service to patients.
