Job summary

mydentist is seeking a Customer Sales Coordinator at our First Avenue practice in Poynton to create and convert opportunities, help patients understand private options, and guide their journey toward treatment. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday 9:00–17:00, with occasional evenings and weekends; please note that working from home is not possible.

You will join a brand-new, state‑of‑the‑art practice in a central location with a supportive team, strong development opportunities, and a focus

Qualifications

• Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers.
• Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities.
• Confidence using social platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems (training provided).
• Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload.

Responsibilities

• Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance.
• Support patients through their treatment journey.
• Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales.
• Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results.
• Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers.

Your Future, as a Customer Sales Coordinator at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our First Avenue practice in Poynton, SK12 1YP. As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey.

The working pattern for this role will be full-time, working Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00, plus flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note that working from home is not possible.
