Job summary

mydentist is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide clinicians from offer through to practice readiness. You’ll work with Practice Managers, manage onboarding documents, and ensure system records reflect status and start dates.

Based in our Support Centre in Greater Manchester, the role offers hybrid working, a 12-month fixed-term contract, and a supportive team with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service delivering relationship-based support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating in a team.

Responsibilities

• Guide clinicians from offer to compliance and start in practice.
• Follow escalation and retention processes to mitigate withdrawal risk.
• Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and system records.
• Signpost onboarding toolkit to clinicians and PMs.
• Balance workload to meet start dates for all candidates.
