Job summary

Churchill Estates Management are seeking a Development Manager for our retirement development in Reading. You will coordinate development activities, manage on-site operations and provide a first-class service to Owners, as the trusted on-site contact.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll liaise with residents, suppliers and contractors, schedule maintenance, conduct health and safety checks and help arrange activities, events and a welcoming, neighborly atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in retirement living or related sectors with strong customer service focus.
• Good administration and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development activities and on-site operations.
• Liaise with Owners, customers and suppliers on-site.
• Manage contractors and scheduling of maintenance.
• Conduct health and safety checks and organize events for Owners.
