Castle Education is recruiting Nursery Support Assistants to work across a number of welcoming nursery settings in and around York.

You can choose the days and availability that work for you, with opportunities ranging from ad-hoc supply to regular part-time work. This role offers flexible hours and the chance to gain valuable experience in Early Years.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Childcare qualification required or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children and young people through employment, volunteering or relevant experience.

Where are the settings? We work with multiple nurseries across York, giving you the opportunity to work in different locations and find settings that suit you.

Many of our settings are accessible by walking or public transport, although some locations may require your own vehicle.

What are we looking for?

Essential:

• Level 2 Childcare qualification
• Previous experience working with children and young people through employment, volunteering or relevant experience

Desirable:

• Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification
• Previous nursery or Early Years experience
