Castle Education is seeking an flexible Education Support Worker to join our supply team in York. You will support nurseries, SEN settings and schools with flexible, ad-hoc shifts across York, choosing when you work and how much you take on.

The role suits students, parents or others seeking extra income with hours typically between 8am and 6pm. Level 2 Childcare qualification or related SEN experience is required; Level 3 is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Childcare qualification or relevant SEN/support experience.
• Level 3 Childcare or Early Years experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support nurseries, SEN settings and schools across York.
• Work flexibly across the supply team with shifts 8am–6pm.
• Provide caring, reliable and positive support to children and young people.
