Job summary

Academics is recruiting Early Years Practitioners for adhoc and supply roles across Hadleigh and the surrounding areas in Castle Point. You will support children aged 0-5 across Baby, Toddler and Pre-School rooms, delivering engaging activities, and helping with daily routines.

We hire Level 3, Level 2 and experienced Unqualified Practitioners. Choose the days you are available to work and enjoy flexible hours, with a dedicated consultant helping you find suitable nursery placements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 0-5
• Warm, nurturing and patient approach
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong safeguarding understanding
• Genuine passion for children's development and wellbeing

We work with a range of local Early Years settings and are looking for passionate, reliable and caring practitioners who can step into a nursery environment and make a positive impact from day one.
