Job summary

Point A Hotels Shoreditch is seeking a confident Reception NightHost to welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and deliver warm, effortless service in a fast-paced city hotel. You’ll greet international travellers, share local tips, resolve queries quickly, and contribute to a friendly, inclusive team.

Shifts cover early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends with a 20-hour part-time contract and £13.58 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to deliver warmer, more personal guest interactions.
• Strong communication and attentive service are essential.

Responsibilities
