Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for an Adult Community Administrator (part-time, 36 hours) in Salford. This role supports the discharge services and urgent response in the community, handling referrals and coordinating with the multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have administration experience, excellent communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft, EPR and Medisec, with good knowledge of Patient Centre for referrals management.

Formación

• Administration experience and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with a wide variety of computer packages including Microsoft, EPR and Medisec.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to provide administrative support.
• Liaise regularly with external and internal partners.
• Organise and prioritise own caseload and balance demands of a diverse role.
• Demonstrate teamwork and initiative in a busy discharge services environment.
