Job summary

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Part-time Band 3 Administrator (36 hours) to join the Adult Community Services in Salford. You will support discharge planning, referrals, and liaise with partners to ensure care closer to home.

The role requires strong admin skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, EPR and Medisec. IT literacy and Maths/English GCSEs are essential for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and friendly patient-focused service.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with a range of computer packages including Microsoft Office, EPR and Medisec.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Adult Community Services team.
• Liaise with internal and external partners and manage referrals.
• Organise and prioritise own workload while supporting discharge services.
