Coventry Building Society Group is seeking a part-time Business Development Advisor for Intermediary Development in Coventry. You will engage mortgage professionals, brokers and intermediaries by phone and web chat, delivering exceptional service with flexible hours.

This role offers 21 hours per week, flexible days, hybrid work with at least one day in our Coventry office, and a comprehensive benefits package including a discretionary bonus and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles, working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with mortgage professionals, brokers and intermediaries.
• Willingness to learn and retain knowledge across mortgage policies and processes.

Responsabilités

• Talk to mortgage professionals, brokers and intermediaries by phone and web chat to resolve enquiries.
• Provide guidance on policies, processes and products with accuracy and empathy.
• Handle customer queries and find effective resolutions in real time.
• Work to standards and quality measures, with a customer‑first approach.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a flexible, team‑oriented environment.
