Job summary

Coventry Building Society is seeking a friendly Business Development Advisor for the Intermediary Development team in Coventry. The role is full-time (35 hours per week) with a focus on delivering excellent telephone and web chat support to mortgage professionals, brokers and intermediaries.

You’ll provide guidance on policies and processes, resolve queries in real time, and help brokers navigate Coventry Building Society’s lending framework.

Qualifications

• You’ll be in a customer service focused role within a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence to talk to many different people.
• Able to learn and retain knowledge across policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Talk to mortgage professionals, brokers and intermediaries on the phone and via web chat.
• Provide guidance on Coventry Building Society policies and processes.
• Handle enquiries, resolve issues and provide up-to-date information.
• Support brokers with lending policy queries and maintain knowledge base.
