NHS Property Services is seeking a Support Services Team Leader for Manchester—Burnage Health Centre. This mobile role leads and supports Soft FM teams across multiple sites, delivering quality audits and strong stakeholder relationships. DBS checks and driving licence are required; company van provided.

The role offers a 25-hour week, with a salary of £28,393 per annum pro rata for part time, and a focus on safe, efficient service delivery across sites in the Wythenshawe area.

Competenze

• Experience supervising frontline teams, ideally in Soft FM or healthcare.
• Strong customer service and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
• Experience with frontline Soft FM services (cleaning, catering, floor care) is a plus.

• Independently plan and manage time across multiple properties and sites.
• Supervise, support and motivate frontline Soft FM colleagues.
• Plan workloads, manage rotas, and ensure high service standards.
