Job summary

NHS Property Services is recruiting for a Technical Services Supervisor to lead Hard FM delivery across a portfolio of NHS sites. You will supervise a team of engineers, plan workloads and drive compliance with maintenance programmes, using CAFM for workflow management and reporting.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in building services or equivalent, full UK driving licence and a track record of managing contractors and maintenance programmes. On-call allowance applies.

• Good organisational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Hard FM services across multiple NHS sites
• Manage a team of multi-disciplinary engineers and coordinate workloads
• Oversee planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with standards
• Use CAFM systems to manage workflows, reporting and maintenance activities
• Support continuous improvement and high performance culture
