The University of Oxford is hiring a part-time Customer Service Assistant to support the Sports Department at Oxford University Sports Complex. You will help members, answer queries, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient service environment.

The role is average 26.25 hours per week on a two-week rota, with Sundays worked on a 9.5-hour shift. A proactive, confidential approach and strong IT skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Proven administrative experience.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Demonstrates confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to pass on clear information to colleagues and customers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
