Job summary

Greystone House Surgery, part of The House Partnership, invites a friendly Medical Receptionist to join two-site practice in Redhill and Merstham. This part-time role covers Monday to Friday with either morning or afternoon shifts and one early start.

You will handle patient enquiries face to face, on the phone and online, manage appointments and prescriptions, register new patients, and work with EMIS Web and Accurx. A proactive team player in a busy setting is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a patient/customer facing role.
• Ability to work in a diverse team.
• Experience with safeguarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient enquiries face to face, over the phone and online.
• Manage appointment bookings and prescription handling.
• Register new patients and maintain accurate records.
• Open/close premises and ensure security out of hours.
