Job summary

Drs Hogan & Allen Greenock Health & Care Centre in Greenock invites applications for a PART TIME receptionist role (25 hours). You will be a key point of contact, handling patient signposting and day-to-day correspondence including prescription requests, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

The ideal candidate will work well in a team, be an excellent communicator, and be willing to cover holidays and absences. Knowledge of Emis and Docman is preferable; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills.
• Experience in healthcare reception is desirable.
• Knowledge of Emis and Docman systems preferable (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Greet and signpost patients, guiding them to appropriate services.
• Handle day-to-day correspondence including prescription requests.
• Work well as part of a team and cover holidays/absences as needed.
