Job summary

Moncler in London at Selfridges is seeking a part-time Mandarin-speaking Client Advisor (32 hours) to join the team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, understanding client needs, and building lasting relationships in a luxury retail environment.

The ideal candidate has sales experience in luxury fashion, strong Mandarin and English, and a passion for client service. You'll work closely with the team to meet individual and store targets while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within fashion luxury/retail.
• Passion for luxury fashion and client service.
• Strong understanding of luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Willingness to grow within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provides the best service, guiding clients through the selling ceremony: greeting, understanding needs, assisting with try-ons, cross-selling, and directing to other department if needed.
• Creates a unique client experience and builds long-lasting relationships through clienteling and after-sales care.
• Achieves excellent selling performances and individual targets.
• Implements and maintains store visual standards with the Visual Merchandising team, ensures replenishment and stock management.
• Participates in inventories, stock replenishment and stock activities.
• Ensures policies, procedures and standards are followed at all times.
• Collaborates with the team with energy and motivation.
