MONCLER is seeking a part-time Client Advisor at Heathrow Airport to deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences. You will guide customers through the brand values, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships while supporting stock, inventory, and visual standards.

Ideal candidates will have luxury retail experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for client experience. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.

• Strong communication skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers, understands needs, assists with product selection.
• Guides customers through the selling process and cross-sells where appropriate.
• Creates a welcoming environment and builds long-lasting client relationships.
• Maintains store visual standards in collaboration with Visual Merchandising team.
• Supports inventory, replenishment and stock activities with the team.
• Adheres to company policies, procedures and standards.
• Contributes energy and motivation as a reliable team member.
