PT MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE

Sanctuary Lodge, Halstead, Essex C09 2DW

£13 per hour

20 hours per week over 3 days

In this role, you'll oversee general maintenance of our centre, ensuring health and safety standards and performing repairs.

Main duties:

• Working independently on task lists
• Liaising with external contractors and workers
• Maintaining the structure and fabric of properties, repairing as needed
• Completing basic joinery and plumbing tasks
• Maintaining water hygiene standards and recording discrepancies
• Performing water temperature checks to prevent scalding risks
• Keeping grounds litter-free
• Conforming to Health and Safety regulations, regularly checking tools and equipment
• Maintaining buildings to comply with legislation
• Attending meetings, supervision, and training
• Experience in a similar role
• Qualifications in repair and maintenance
• Ability to perform all-round repair and maintenance tasks
