Your new role
This is a full-time, flexible working, permanent position.
As a New Homes Maintenance Operative, you will carry out warranty work as directed by the Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Coordinators within the allocated geographical area. You will ensure service levels and customer satisfaction are maintained from the point of customer's completion on a property throughout the 2-year warranty period, and beyond if required. This role offers a great opportunity to progress your career as part of a talented, diverse, and supportive team.

Proven experience in a similar role
Excellent workmanship and attention to detail
Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with defect management systems is a plus
