About the role: This role is part of Riello & Vokèra (Carrier's company), a leading heating manufacturer specializing in domestic and light commercial gas boilers. The main responsibility is to service, repair, and maintain Vokèra boilers and related equipment installed at customer premises.

Responsibilities include:

• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining boilers and water heaters, attending breakdowns.
• Performing general gas works, fault diagnosis, and repairs on boilers and central heating controls.
• Communicating with customers about boiler operation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.

Minimum requirements:

• Full ACS Qualification: CCN1, CEN1, WAT1 & LPG (for permanent dwellings)
• G3 Unvented Hot Water Qualification
• Experience in domestic heating service
• Excellent customer handling and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, team player, proactive
• Valid UK driving license
• Basic administrative skills
